Amy Lynne Wilhelm , age 53 of Aledo, IL passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Genesis Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf, Iowa. She was born July 26, 1967 in Moline, IL to Linford and Virginia (Huyvaert) Adams. She married Jeffrey Wilhelm on March 1, 1997.

Amy graduated from Illinois State University in 1989 with a degree in business and was employed by Compeer Financial. She was a member of St. Wendelin Catholic Church in Shannon, and loved showing Quarter Horses with her daughter Anna.

Amy is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Wilhelm of Shannon, IL and daughter, Anna Wilhelm; her brother, Clifford Adams of Alexis, IL and girlfriend Melinda Mazzocco of Aledo, IL; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Phyllis and Wayne Wilhelm of Naples, FL; her sister-in-law, Kris (Gregg) DeVries of Byron, IL; her brother-in-law, Mike (Lee) Wilhelm of Gruver, TX; and her niece and nephew, Lexi and Grant DeVries. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A private family service will be held. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. A memorial fund has been established.
