Antonio "Tony" J. Ledesma , age 94, of Stockton, IL passed away at home on January 21 ^st , 2017. He was born on May 3 ^rd , 1922 in Kansas City, MO to the late Eustasio and Rosa (Bravo) Ledesma. Tony married Elizabeth Mroz in 1950, she passed away in 1994. He later married Sharon Knauer in 1995.

Tony served in the U.S. Army as a Gunnery Sgt. during WWII. He retired from the Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad and had also worked as a painter. Tony enjoyed gardening and watching western movies.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Ledesma of Stockton; sons, Steve (Nancy) Ledesma of McGregor, IA and Frederick (Julie) Ledesma of Grant Park, IL; sister, Ruth Juarez of Midlothian, IL; seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Eustasio and Rosa Ledesma, first wife, Elizabeth Morz, and sister, Lupe.
