Charlotte Irene Snodgrass, age 83, of Shannon, IL passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Pearl Pavilion Nursing Home in Freeport. She was born in Munich, Germany on December 9, 1939. She married Gaurdner Snodgrass and he passed away June 25, 2008.

Charlotte was a member of Zion Community Church in Pearl City. After High School she attended college and earned her CNA and worked at several nursing homes throughout the years. She enjoyed taking care of people, tending to her flowers and traveling.

She is survived by her son, Tom (Fenna) Snodgrass of Monroe, WI and several brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her two daughters, Karolyn and Anitta.

There will be a visitation on Monday, December 4, 2023 at Hermann Funeral Home in Pearl City from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. followed by a graveside service at Oakland Cemetery in Freeport at 1:00 p.m. A memorial fund has been established.
