Helen B. Calhoun's Obituary
Helen B. Calhoun , age 92 of Stockton, IL passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at the Lena Living Center. She was born August 8, 1925 to the late Ira and Berneice (Rink) Wolfe. Helen married Elden Ray Calhoun on June 24, 1944. He passed away on July 23, 2010.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Barbara Edna Gohlke (husband Richard) of Whidbey Island, Washington; her grandchildren, Christina (Soltwedel) Brandmeyer (husband Brent Brandmeyer) of Kansas City, Brian Theodore Gohlke (wife Jennifer Dodds) of Whistler, BC, Canada, and Angela Gohlke Feldman (husband Ian Feldman) of Scottsdale, AZ; her great grandchildren, Jenna Soltwedel, Cole Soltwedel, Aspen Gohlke, Ada Gohlke, Emelia Gohlke and her two step great grandchildren, Cooper Brandmeyer and Piper Brandmeyer.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church in Stockton. There will be a visitation at the Hermann Funeral Home on Friday, October 20, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Ladies Union Cemetery.
