On Tuesday, October 3rd, Heinz ketchup's stock price fell sharply on the news of Bill Vincent's passing.
James William "Bill" Vincent was born on September 4, 1960 to James B. "Jim" and Mary Jane Vincent. Bill attended Galena High School where he graduated without honors in the class of 1978 and recently was a proud graduate from U-Haul University.
He is survived by Ramona, his devoted wife of 14 years, and his proudest accomplishments - sons Tim, Mike, Brandon, Barret, and his favorite son Oliver. He is mostly proud of them following in his footsteps by marrying women out of their league. He preferred the company of Lindsy, Heather, Amber, and Candace on all family outings for obvious reasons. He loved the company of his grandchildren Jack, Leah, Liza, Cooper, Elyse, Adelynn, Isaac, Delanie, Addison, Lexie, and Carter.
Additionally he is survived by his much older sisters - Mary, Ruth, Sarah, and Martha. Bill's demise will now allow them to emerge from his shadow. A variety of nieces and nephews would complete the list of those left to embellish his memory.
His life was marked as a successful, generous entrepreneur, being a supportive husband, father, and grandfather, and enjoying a round of golf with those close enough to him to tolerate them for 18 holes.
There will be no viewing since his wife refuses to honor his request to have him standing in the corner of the room with a Michelob Ultra in his hand so that he would appear natural to visitors. Everyone who remembers him is asked to celebrate Bill's celebration of a life very well lived at Lefevre Inn as an open house format on Sunday, October 15th from 2-7 with fireworks at dark. Bill's wishes include a beer on him, food from the Elks, and his favorite band, The Wundoes. Raising a glass of a favorite drink in his memory would be appropriate.
