Katherine E. Fleener's Obituary
Katherine Elizabeth Fleener , age 94, of Lanark, IL passed away Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Pearl Pavillion in Freeport. She was born April 16, 1923 in Lanark to the late Pete Sr. and Katherine (Weierman) Kuntz.
Katherine enjoyed gardening, cooking and walking around the woods. She adored children. She was extremely generous, always lending a hand when she could.
She is survived by her two sons, Johnny and Marilyn Fleener and her niece, Verda Schultz. She is preceded in death by her parents and eight brothers.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at St. Wendelin's Catholic Church in Shannon at 11:00 am. There will be a visitation beginning at 9:00 am. Interment will take place at St. Wendelin's Catholic Cemetery in Shannon. A memorial fund has been established.Katherine E. Fleener's Guestbook
