Mari Lynn White, age 76 of Freeport, IL, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. She was born July 31, 1944 in Beaver Dam, WI; the daughter of Ellsworth "Ike" and Margaret (Buske) Haight. She was a 1962 graduate of Stockton High School.

Mari Lynn worked for Structo for 23 years. She also worked at the Stephenson Nursing Center, Burgess Battery and MicroSwitch. She enjoyed shopping, going to craft shows and collecting knick-knacks. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her sons, Troy White and Jamie (Cyndie) White both of Freeport; grandchildren, Jesica, Katie, Alicia, Alex, Jacob and Kelsey; great grandchildren, Faith, Camden, Landon, Savannah, Carter, Riley, Rylynn, Kash and Addison; brother, Robert (Rhodora) Haight of FL; and sister, Pat Werkheiser of Freeport. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Trent; sister, Carole Suess; and brother-in-law, Dean Werkheiser.
