Michael McIntosh, age 37 of Rockford, IL, died Monday, April 15, 2013 at Rockford Memorial Hospital. He was born February, 16, 1976, the son of Frank John and Pansy (Ross) McIntosh. He was a graduate of Eastland High School.
He is survived by his father Frank "Johnny" McIntosh II of Lake Carroll, IL, two daughters, and his brother Frank McIntosh III.
He is preceded in death by his mother.
The funeral service will be held Friday, April 19, 2013 at 1:30 PM at the Hermann Funeral Home in Shannon, IL, Pastor Tim Lehman presiding. There will be a one hour visitation before the service beginning at 12:30 PM. Internment will take place at the Lanark Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
