Neva L. Yeager 77, of Stockton died Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at FHN Memorial Hospital. She was born April 8, 1936 in Polo, IL. the daughter of the late George & Virginia (Cain) Bender. Neva married George Yeager on May 6, 1976 in Savanna; he died July 16, 1993.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Massbach and enjoyed cooking, baking gardening, watching & feeding birds and her cat Gizmo.
Neva is survived by her daughter; Robin (Donald) Hartog, 2-sons; Dennis Wagner of Baraboo, WI & Terry (Mila) Wagner of Aledo, IL, seven grandchildren; Zack Wagner, Nick Wagner, Nate Wagner, Jeremy Wagner, Joshua Yeager, Christine Salabao & Brian Wagner, and sister Bonnie Pepper of Rock Falls, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2-brothers Earl & Allen.
Visitation will be from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at the Hermann Funeral Home in Stockton. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday at St. John's Lutheran Church in Massbach with burial in the church cemetery. A memorial fund has been established in her memory.
