Raymond W. Warner, age 59 of Huntsville, AL passed away on May 6, 2018. He was born in Freeport, IL on February 11, 1959 to Wallace and Catherine (Read) Warner. He graduated from Lanark High School where he played football and was crowned Prom King.
Before Ray graduated he started working with local carpenters, which led to 40 years in the industry. Building in Lake Carroll, Lanark, Shannon, and later in Huntsville, AL. His hobbies included flying, motorcycle courses, WWII, and the Cubs. Ray thoroughly enjoyed his trip to Costa Rica.
He is survived by his daughter, Tara (Dustin) Hormann; his grandchildren, Breylan, Presley, and Sutton; his mother, Catherine Warner; his brother, Rick (Katie) Warner; his sisters, Penny (Jerry) Fink and Peggy Pannell; his four nephews, Rod (Renee) Fink, Matt (Layla) Brennan, Shane (Mallory) Pannell, and Austin Warner; and his two nieces, Rae (Andy) Bardell and Madison Warner. He was preceded in death by his father, Wallace Warner; Nephew, Michael Fink; his grandparents, John (Edna) Warner and Ray (Lexa) Read.
