Roselynn Y. Marsh, age 86 of Galena, IL, passed away on Friday, March 30, 2018 at Waverly Place in Stockton, IL. She was born on October 13, 1931 in Chicago, IL; the daughter of the late Alfred and Esther Thorn. She was a 1949 graduate of Lakeview High School in Chicago. On March 11, 1970 Roselynn married James Marsh in Evanston, IL.

After retiring from McDonalds Corporate Office, she opened up a children's clothing store in Galena (Lil Britchin Post). She enjoyed flower gardening, traveling, cruises and Walt Disney World.

She is survived by her husband, James Marsh of Galena; Son, Scott (Julie) Schroeder of Atlanta, GA; daughters, Linda (Rodney) Blane of Chandler, AZ, Yvonne (Rick) Smith of Homosassa, FL, Cindy (Gary) Wallin of Tempe, AZ, and Sharon (Randy) Pepin of Stockton, IL; 7 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Marilyn.
