Steve W. Evans' Obituary
Steven W. Evans , age 67 of Stockton, IL passed away Sunday, April 15, 2018 at FHN Memorial Hospital. Steve was born November 29, 1950 in Freeport to Norman and Oletha (Pulfrey) Evans.
Steve graduated from Stockton High School. He farmed all of his life, worked an Atmospheric Testing Station and bartended for many years. Steve was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and enjoyed playing darts, walking in the woods and taking the scenic route home.
He is survived by his mother, Oletha Evans of Stockton; his fiancé, Patsy Holland of Stockton; his niece, Emily (Cole) Duvall and their children, Layla and Dorian; his family members, Stacy (Dan) Lieb and Kaige Brown, Bobbie Jo (James) Landrith and Ethan and Emily Stotler and Madeleine Landrith. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman and his brother, Bruce.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Hermann Funeral Home in Stockton at 11:00 a.m. There will be a visitation on Friday, April 20, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. also at the Funeral Home. A memorial fund has been established.Funeral Services for Steve W. Evans
