Timothy W. Kaney, age 46 of Pearl City, IL, died Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at home. He was born March 20, 1966, the son of Steven and Mary Lou (Mack) Kaney. In 1984 he graduated from Pearl City High School and went on to graduate from Highland Community College. Tim was employed by the UPS of Freeport, IL.

Tim was a member of Zion Community Church. He enjoyed watching his children's sporting events and spending time with them in the swimming pool and hot tub, sleigh riding, fishing at the pond, pumpkin carving, and teasing them. He also enjoyed golfing and working outside.

Tim is survived by his wife Angela; four children, Kalli, Macie, Brodie, and Travis; parents Steven and Mary Lou; sister Kristine Stephan; nephew Zachary Stephan; and niece Kassidy Stephan all of Pearl City, IL.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents.

A visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 to 4:30 PM at the Zion Community Church in Pearl City, where a memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM. A memorial fund has been established for the Kaney Kids.
