Westin Alan Powell , 3 months old of Stockton, IL, passed away unexpectedly while napping on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. He was born October 18, 2017 in Monroe, WI; the son of Marshall and Danielle (Arnold) Powell. He loved to smile and laugh, especially watching his big brothers play. His brothers loved him very much. He will be loved and cherished by all who knew him.

Westin is survived by his parents, Marshall & Danielle; brothers, Tegan & Holden; grandparents, Dale & Becky Arnold of Stockton and Debbie & Gary Powell of Holcomb, IL; great grandparents, Gene & Marge Thornton of Rockford, IL, and Sam & Joyce Staggs of Stillman Valley, IL.
